My name is Cale Nichols, and I started this company in late 2012 with a vision of building a business that would allow me to do work I enjoy while serving my community.

As someone with developmental disabilities, I have faced challenges throughout my life, but I have never let them define my future. Instead, they have strengthened my determination, work ethic, and commitment to helping others. Starting this company gave me the opportunity to build something meaningful while providing a valuable service to local families and businesses.
